The sheet oxidation line at Anlu Oxidation Processing Center primarily relies on a semi-automatic sheet electrolytic coloring oxidation production line, specializing in the treatment of pre-cut aluminum flat plates and large-sized sheets. This production line is dedicated to providing customers with diversified, high-quality surface treatment solutions, particularly excelling in the production of architectural curtain wall panels, high-end decorative sheets, and large industrial components, which demand extremely high consistency in color, coating thickness, and performance.
The production line adopts an advanced semi-automatic tank immersion process with a rigorous workflow, including precision degreasing, electrolytic coloring, anodic oxidation, sealing, and other core procedures. Leveraging sophisticated process technology, we can precisely control the thickness, hardness, and color stability of the oxide layer, ensuring reliable and outstanding performance for every sheet. Its notable advantage lies in its exceptional electrolytic coloring capability, offering a wide range of standard colors such as yellow-brown series, red-brown series, gold series, and gray series, as well as the ability to achieve some custom colors to meet customers' personalized design needs.
Although this production line operates in a semi-automatic batch processing mode, it offers strong flexibility, making it highly suitable for handling multi-variety, multi-specification, and large-volume orders, with robust annual production capacity. The oxidized sheets produced feature a uniform and dense surface coating, excellent weather resistance and wear resistance, and a luxurious and elegant texture, making them an ideal choice for high-end applications.
Introduction to the Coil Oxidation Line
The coil oxidation line at Anlu Oxidation Processing Center features an internationally advanced, fully automated high-speed continuous coil oxidation line with a width range of 1,800 mm to 2,000 mm, specifically designed for the efficient and large-scale production of coiled aluminum strips and foil materials. This production line represents industry-leading continuous processing technology and is dedicated to providing efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality anodized coil solutions for industries such as consumer electronics, home appliance decoration, and food packaging.
The line achieves fully automated continuous production, encompassing uncoiling, pre-treatment, anodic oxidation, coloring, sealing, and recoiling processes. The aluminum coil operates at high speed under the precise control of an advanced tension system, with all process parameters accurately managed by a PLC system. This ensures exceptional consistency in coating thickness, color uniformity, and performance from start to end of large coils. The highly efficient production mode significantly reduces unit costs, meeting the urgent demands of global customers for large-volume orders.
In combination with a downstream precision flatbed flying shear line, the anodized coils can be swiftly cut into sheets of specified sizes, providing tremendous convenience to downstream customers. With its massive annual production capacity, this line serves as the core pillar of the company's capability to produce 20,000 tons of pre-treated and electrolytically colored aluminum sheets per year. It excels particularly in producing mainstream series such as gray and gold, as well as large-volume standard color products, delivering stable and reliable performance.
